The Monday after

The best photos of your day are on everyone else’s phone.

They always are. The first dance, the speeches, Granny’s toast — somebody caught every one of them, and it never left their camera roll. One QR code on the tables sends the lot to 1 private album, originals included.

Eleanor, Tom — what a day you've given us all. Your grandad would have adored every minute of it. Cheers, you two.

Asked before, answered properly

Before the day
How much is a QR code for wedding photos?

Less than a round of drinks: your first album is free (60 uploads, 30-day life), and paid plans are a single payment from £29 for the whole occasion — never a subscription. The QR code itself costs nothing and works the moment the album exists.

Why not just a shared Google Drive or WhatsApp group?

Because somebody has to chase it for weeks. A Drive needs sign-ins and permissions; WhatsApp compresses every photo and buries the videos. The QR code needs neither — guests scan, upload originals, done.

How long do I have the album?

90 days on Essential, six months on Celebrate, a year on Grand — 30 days on the free plan. Download every original in full resolution, as often as you like, before it closes.

Do I need to print anything special?

No — you get the QR code the moment the album exists. Print it on place cards, prop it on the bar, or put it up on a screen. If a phone camera can see it, it works.

On the day
Can guests upload photos AND videos with one QR code?

Yes — one code takes everything: photos, videos and voice notes, from every guest, straight into the same album. No second link, no separate app for video.

What if someone uploads something I’d rather not keep?

Turn moderation on and nothing appears until you’ve approved it. You can remove anything at any point, without anyone being told.

Who can open the album?

Up to you. Leave the link open so every guest can browse and download, or put a password on the page and hand it only to the people who were there.

Afterwards
Is there honestly a free plan?

Yes — a free album with 60 uploads and a 30-day life, free for good. No card details, no trial that quietly becomes a subscription.

Do my guests have to download anything?

No. The QR code opens a page in their browser — no app, no account, nothing to explain to your great-aunt.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per occasion — £29 for Essential — and that is the end of it. Nothing renews, nothing to cancel.
