What couples ask us
How do I get the wedding photos from my guests?
By leaving a QR code on the table. A guest scans it with the phone camera, chooses their pictures and sends them; each one appears in your album as it arrives, at full size, and when the weekend is over you download everything at once.
How can we share wedding photos without an app?
The code opens a web page, not an app: guests choose and upload their pictures there, with nothing to install. Afterwards everybody receives the same link to look and download from, and that needs no app either.
How many photos does this usually come to?
We counted five weddings and arrived at around 200 files apiece, sent by roughly half of each guest list. How those spread across the day, hour by hour, is set out in our count.
Do my guests have to install anything?
Nothing at all. The code opens a page in the browser the phone already has — no download, no registration, no password to choose and forget.
What about guests without a smartphone?
They are no worse off. A guest without one passes their picture to a neighbour at the table, who sends it along with their own — and no account is needed on either side.
When should I set the album up?
When the place cards are about to go to the printer, which for most couples is four to six weeks out. An empty album costs nothing to keep, and the code stays the same once it exists, so there is no reason to wait.
Can my guests see each other’s photos?
Only if you decide they should. The album can be open during the day, kept behind a password, or held back until you have looked through it after the wedding.
Can I remove individual pictures?
Yes — any picture can be hidden or removed before the link goes out to your guests, and the guest who sent it has no say in that. The album is yours to edit.
