Can guests upload photos AND videos with one QR code?
Yes — one code takes everything: photos, videos and voice notes, from every guest, straight into the same album. No second link, no separate app for video.
Why not just a shared Google Drive or WhatsApp group?
Because somebody has to chase it for weeks. A Drive needs sign-ins and permissions; WhatsApp compresses every photo and buries the videos. The QR code needs neither — guests scan, upload originals, done.
Is there honestly a free plan?
Yes — a free album with 20 uploads and a 30-day life, free for good. No card details, no trial that quietly becomes a subscription.
Do my guests have to download anything?
No. The QR code opens a page in their browser — no app, no account, nothing to explain to your great-aunt.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per occasion — £29 for Essential — and that is the end of it. Nothing renews, nothing to cancel.
How long do I have the album?
90 days on every paid plan, 30 on the free one. Download every original in full resolution, as often as you like, before it closes.
What if someone uploads something I’d rather not keep?
Turn moderation on and nothing appears until you’ve approved it. You can remove anything at any point, without anyone being told.
Who can open the album?
Up to you. Leave the link open so every guest can browse and download, or put a password on the page and hand it only to the people who were there.
Do I need to print anything special?
No — you get the QR code the moment the album exists. Print it on place cards, prop it on the bar, or put it up on a screen. If a phone camera can see it, it works.
Is it just for photos?
No. Guests send photos, videos and voice notes from the same page — the speech and the laughter after it, not just a picture of it.
What if the signal at the venue is dreadful?
Marquees usually are. The link keeps working after the day — a guest whose upload didn’t go through opens the same link at home and sends everything then.
Why not a WhatsApp group — or disposable cameras on the tables?
