Short answer

There are 4 tiers and you pay once per event: free, Essential at £29, Celebrate at £69 and Grand at £89. There is no subscription and no monthly charge.

4 numbers separate them: storage, video length, how long the album lives, and — on the free tier only — how many contributions it accepts.

The 4 tiers

Free costs nothing and is a real tier rather than a trial: 5 GB, 60 contributions, video clips up to 30 seconds and an album that lives 30 days. The paid tiers lift all 4 at once and remove the contribution cap entirely.

Each purchase belongs to 1 event. Buying Grand for a wedding leaves next month s birthday on the free tier.

  1. Estimate the video. Video decides everything. Photos rarely reach any limit.
  2. Check how long you want the album. 30 days is short if you plan to share it with family afterwards.
  3. Buy before the party. A contribution refused on the night cannot be recovered by paying the next morning.

The contribution cap exists on the free tier alone. From Essential upwards storage is the only ceiling.

What else changes with the tier

The paid tiers remove the watermark from the guest page and unlock original-quality downloads, both the package export and the guest download. They also add the automatic content check that runs before anything reaches you.

Celebrate and Grand add the live wall for a screen in the room, and Grand adds a custom domain and voice transcripts.

Video is what decides

Photos stay well under every ceiling: 25 MB each, and a full album of them rarely troubles 5 GB. Video is a different order of magnitude — measured across 138 production videos the median is 1.84 MB per second of footage, and a 4K phone writes around 6.7 MB per second.

So the honest question is not how many guests you have but whether they will send video.

No subscription, no renewal

A personal purchase is a one-off. Nothing recurs, nothing renews automatically, and there is no card left on file charging you next month. When the album s window ends, it ends.

That also means there is nothing to cancel. If you do not buy again, nothing happens.

The free tier is genuinely usable

For a small gathering where guests send photos, 5 GB and 60 contributions is enough, and 30 days is enough to collect and download. What it does not give you is the package export, so you take the files 1 at a time.

It is also the right way to test the whole path before committing to a plan for the real event.

Business plans are a different shape

If you run events for clients rather than for yourself, the business plans work by subscription rather than per event, prepaid 6 or 12 months at a time, with an event allowance and seats. Those are a separate decision from anything on this page.

For your own party, the per-event tiers are what you want.

Common questions

Is this a subscription?

No. A personal purchase is a one-off for 1 event, and nothing renews.

Does 1 purchase cover several events?

No. Each event carries its own plan, and a new event starts free.

What is the free tier missing?

Package downloads, the watermark-free page, the automatic check, and the higher limits.

Which number should I look at first?

Video length, then storage. Photos rarely reach a ceiling.

Can I upgrade after the party?

You can, but it will not recover uploads that were refused on the night.

You are unsure which tier fits

Tell us roughly how many guests and whether you expect video. That is enough for a straight answer.
