Short answer

Business plans are prepaid subscriptions rather than per-event purchases: you pay 6 or 12 months up front and get an event allowance, seats and your own branding for that period.

There are 3 tiers — Studio, Agency and Enterprise — and they differ in how many events a year, how many colleagues, and how much of the platform carries your name instead of ours.

What prepaid means here

You pay for a period rather than for a party. During it you create events out of an allowance instead of buying each one, and the branding and seats apply to everything you run. That is the shape that suits somebody running events for clients.

It is the opposite of the personal side, where nothing recurs and each event is bought on its own.

  1. Count the events you run a year. That is the number the tiers are built around.
  2. Count the people who need access. Seats are per tier, and roles decide what each one can do.
  3. Pick 6 or 12 months. 12 months is the cheaper rate per month.

The 3 tiers

Studio is 1 person running a manageable number of events with a single custom domain. Agency adds colleagues, a much larger event allowance, unlimited domains and sub-brands, and programmatic access. Enterprise removes the caps and adds single sign-on and messaging under your own sender name.

The tier is decided by volume and by how many people touch it, not by the size of any 1 event.

The rate shown is per month. It is charged 6 or 12 months at a time, not monthly.

6 months or 12

Both are prepaid in a single payment. The 12-month rate works out cheaper per month, which is the usual reason to take it; the 6-month option exists so a first commitment is smaller while you find out whether the shape fits.

Either way it is 1 invoice for the period rather than a monthly statement.

What the branding actually covers

Your name, logo and colours on the guest page a client s guests see, and your own domain in the address bar. On the higher tiers that extends across the whole path, so nothing between the printed code and the album carries our name.

Sub-brands let an agency keep several client identities apart under 1 account.

Seats and roles

A seat is a person, and each one carries a role: an owner controls everything including billing, an administrator everything except billing and destructive settings, a member creates and runs events only, and a billing role sees the paperwork and nothing else.

That split is worth setting up before the first purchase, because billing is easy to hand out without meaning to.

Events outlive the period

An event created during a period keeps its own retention window, which runs from its event date rather than from your billing cycle. So an album can still be collecting after the period it was created in has ended.

What ends with the period is your ability to create new ones under the plan.

Common questions

Is a business plan billed monthly?

No. It is prepaid, 6 or 12 months in a single payment.

Which is cheaper?

12 months, per month. 6 months exists for a smaller first commitment.

What decides the tier?

Events a year and how many colleagues need access, not the size of 1 event.

Do I still pay per event?

No. Events come out of the allowance for the period.

What happens to events when the period ends?

They keep their own retention windows. What ends is creating new ones under the plan.
