Short answer

Studio allows 10 events a year, 1 seat, 1 domain and 1 brand. Agency allows 50 events, 5 seats and no limit on domains or brands. Enterprise has no caps.

These are allowances for your business account. They are separate from the per-event limits your clients guests actually meet.

The allowances

4 numbers govern a business account: events a year, seats, custom domains and client brands. 2 of them stop being numbers at Agency — domains and brands become unlimited — and all 4 stop at Enterprise.

None of them changes what a guest can do at an event. That is governed by the event s own plan.

  1. Track events against the year. The allowance is annual, not per period.
  2. Count seats before adding people. A seat is a person, and roles decide what each can do.
  3. Move tier when a limit bites. Not before. A renewal is the natural moment.

Events a year and seats are the 2 that keep biting. Domains and brands stop mattering from Agency upwards.

Events a year

This is the count of events you create under the plan across a year, not a count of guests or of albums live at once. A season with 8 weddings and 2 corporate parties fits Studio; a season with 40 does not.

Archived and finished events still count towards the year they were created in. The allowance is about creation rather than about what is currently running.

Seats

A seat is a person with their own sign-in, and each carries a role. A bookkeeper who only needs invoices still occupies a seat, which is worth remembering when 5 sounds like plenty and 2 of them are not running events at all.

Removing somebody frees their seat immediately.

Domains and client brands

Studio carries 1 of each, which is right when you work under a single identity. From Agency upwards both are unlimited, so each client can have their own address and their own look without you counting anything.

One domain can carry any number of events, so a limit of 1 is less restrictive than it sounds if all your work is under 1 name.

These are not the guest limits

Storage, video length, album lifetime and contribution counts all belong to the individual event and its plan, exactly as they do for a personal host. Your business tier does not raise them and does not lower them.

So a client wanting a year-long album needs the right plan on that event, whatever tier you are on.

When you approach one

The dashboard shows where you stand against the allowances, and a renewal is the natural moment to move up. Moving mid-period is possible; planning for it is cheaper than discovering it the week a client books.

If you are consistently near an edge, the tier above is the answer rather than working around it.

Common questions

Is the event allowance annual or per period?

Annual. It counts events created across the year.

Do archived events still count?

Yes, against the year they were created in.

Does a bookkeeper need a seat?

Yes, with a billing role. A seat is a person, whatever they do.

Do these limits affect my clients guests?

No. Guest limits come from each event s own plan.

What happens when I reach an allowance?

Move up a tier. A renewal is the natural moment.
