Short answer

Studio is 1 person running up to 10 events a year with 1 custom domain. Agency adds colleagues, 50 events, unlimited domains and sub-brands, and programmatic access.

Enterprise removes the caps and adds single sign-on and messaging under your own sender name. All 3 are prepaid, 6 or 12 months at a time.

The 3 tiers

They differ in volume, in how many people touch the account, and in how completely your name replaces ours. The size of any single event is not part of it — a wedding on Studio and a wedding on Enterprise behave identically for the guests.

All 3 are prepaid subscriptions rather than per-event purchases, in blocks of 6 or 12 months.

  1. Count events a year. That is the number the tiers are built around.
  2. Count people who need access. Seats are per tier, and roles decide what each one can do.
  3. Check whether attribution matters. Turning it off is an Agency-and-above thing.

The rate is per month but charged 6 or 12 months at a time, not monthly.

Studio

One photographer, one venue, one planner: a single person running a manageable number of events under a single identity. You get your own brand and your own domain, which is the part clients notice.

What it does not give you is colleagues, several client identities, or the ability to remove the attribution line.

Agency

For a team running events for several clients. It adds seats, an event allowance large enough for a full season, unlimited domains and sub-brands so each client keeps their own identity, and programmatic access for wiring it into your own systems.

It is also the tier at which the attribution line can be switched off entirely.

Enterprise

For organisations where the constraints are procedural rather than numerical: single sign-on so access follows your existing directory, messaging under your own sender name, and no caps on events, seats or domains.

It is also where a data processing agreement belongs in the conversation.

What the tier does not change

Everything a guest experiences: upload limits, file formats, album behaviour, retention. Those follow the plan on the individual event rather than your business tier, exactly as they do for a personal host.

So a client asking for longer videos is a question about that event s plan, not about yours.

Choosing without over-buying

Start at the tier your event count actually needs and move up when a constraint bites, rather than buying for the year you hope to have. The 6-month option exists precisely so a first commitment can be smaller.

A renewal is the natural moment to move between tiers.

Common questions

Are business plans billed monthly?

No. They are prepaid, 6 or 12 months in a single payment.

What decides the tier?

Events a year, seats, and whether you need several client identities.

Can I remove the attribution line on Studio?

No. That is available from Agency upwards.

Does the tier change what guests can upload?

No. Those limits come from each event s own plan.

Can I change tier later?

Yes. A renewal is the natural moment for it.
