Studio or Agency branding
Both tiers give you your own brand name, logo, colours and domain on the guest page. On Studio a small attribution line remains; on Agency it can be switched off.
The other difference is client identities: Studio carries 1 brand, Agency carries as many as you have clients.
What both tiers give you
Your brand name, your logo, your colours and your own domain on the page a client s guests open. Your support address rather than ours, your legal notice rather than ours, and your own favicon in the browser tab.
That is the bulk of what white label means, and Studio has all of it.
- Ask whether a client would notice the line. For most private clients it is invisible. For a competitive pitch it is not.
- Count your client identities. One brand for everything, or 1 per client?
- Pick on those 2 answers. Everything else is the same between the tiers.
The attribution line
A short line naming the platform sits at the foot of the guest page. On Studio it stays; from Agency upwards it can be switched off, and the surfaces then carry nothing of ours at all.
Whether that matters depends on the room. A couple planning a wedding will not notice; a procurement process might.
| Studio | Agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, logo, colours | Yes | Yes |
| Your own domain | Yes, 1 | Yes, no limit |
| Your support address and legal notice | Yes | Yes |
| Attribution line removable | No | Yes |
| Separate client identities | No, 1 brand | Yes, no limit |
If you work under 1 identity and the line does not bother you, Studio is the whole of what you need.
One brand or several
Studio carries a single brand, which suits a photographer or a venue working under their own name. Agency carries a separate identity per client, so a wedding for one client and a corporate event for another can look nothing alike.
That is the practical dividing line for most agencies, more than the attribution line is.
The default is on
Even on Agency the line starts switched on and stays until somebody turns it off. It is an active decision rather than something that happens when you upgrade, which is worth knowing when a client asks why it is still there.
Turning it off applies to the brand, not to a single event.
A brand goes live after review
Whichever tier you are on, a brand you set up is not live for guests immediately. It is reviewed first and you are emailed when it goes live, and until then the surfaces keep their existing appearance.
Plan a few days for that before a client s first event rather than the afternoon of it.
Deciding without over-buying
If you have 1 identity and 10 or fewer events a year, Studio is the honest answer even if Agency sounds more professional. Upgrade when a constraint actually bites — a second client brand, a sixth person, or a client who asks about the line.
A renewal is the natural moment to move.
