Short answer

Fill in the brand name and legal name, upload a logo and favicon, set the colours, add your support address and your legal-notice details, then save.

The brand is not live for guests immediately. It goes through a review, and you are emailed when it goes live.

Name and legal name

The brand name is what guests read; the legal name is what belongs on a legal notice. They are often different — a trading name and a registered company — and both fields exist so you do not have to choose between looking right and being correct.

Neither is guessed from the other, so fill in both.

  1. Do it days before a client event. The review is the step that needs calendar time, not effort.
  2. Fill in everything you have. Empty fields render nothing — they never fall back to our details.
  3. Preview it as a guest. The branding screen shows fields; the guest page shows the result.

Logo, favicon and social image

A logo for the guest page, a dark variant if your logo needs one, a favicon for the browser tab and an image for link previews. Each is optional and each renders nothing when empty rather than showing something of ours instead.

Files must be PNG, JPEG or WebP and no larger than 2 MB. SVG is deliberately not accepted.

The image fields
FieldWhere it showsFormat
LogoTop of the guest pagePNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB
Dark logoOn dark backgroundsPNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB
FaviconThe browser tabPNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB
Social imageLink previews when sharedPNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB

Every one is optional, and an empty field renders nothing at all.

Colours and typeface

A primary, a secondary and an accent colour, plus a typeface choice. They carry through the guest page and the album, which is the part that makes a page feel like yours rather than merely carrying your logo.

Contrast matters more than shade. A pale accent makes the button guests need harder to find.

Support address and contact

Your support email, your support page and, if you use one, a chat number. These replace ours on the surfaces a client s guests see, so a guest with a problem reaches you rather than us.

If you leave the chat number empty, no button is rendered — never ours.

The review before it goes live

A saved brand sits as a draft and the guest surfaces keep their existing appearance until it is reviewed. The screen says it is not live yet and shows the date review was requested, and you are emailed when it goes live.

Allow days rather than hours. This is the step that catches people the afternoon before a client s event.

Common questions

Why is my brand not showing to guests?

It is in review. The surfaces keep their existing appearance until it goes live.

Can I upload an SVG logo?

No. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB.

What happens if I leave a field empty?

It renders nothing. Our details never fill the gap.

Do I need the legal-notice fields?

If you publish on your own domain, yes. The notice is built from them.

How long does the review take?

Allow days rather than hours, and set it up before a client event rather than during.
