Set brand name, logo and colours
Logos, favicons and social images must be PNG, JPEG or WebP, and no larger than 2 MB each. SVG is not accepted.
Colours come as a primary, a secondary and an accent, and they carry through the guest page and the album.
The accepted formats
PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB per file. PNG with transparency is the usual choice for a logo, because it sits on whatever background the style provides rather than carrying a white box with it.
A file larger than 2 MB is refused with a message rather than silently resized.
- Export at a generous size. A logo that looks sharp on a laptop can be soft on a modern phone screen.
- Add a dark variant if you need one. A dark logo on a dark style disappears otherwise.
- Check the accent against the buttons. It is what guests tap. Contrast beats subtlety.
Why SVG is refused
SVG is the 1 image format that can carry script. A logo is rendered on guest pages under your own domain, and an asset opened directly would run whatever it contains — so the format is excluded deliberately rather than by oversight.
Every accepted format renders a logo identically and none of them executes. Export a PNG at a generous size and nothing is lost.
The light and dark logo
Some page styles use a dark background, and a dark logo vanishes on them. The dark variant exists for that, and if your logo works on both you can leave it empty — an empty field renders nothing rather than falling back to something of ours.
The favicon is separate again and needs to read at a very small size, so a full wordmark rarely works there.
| Asset | Seen | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | Top of the guest page | Transparent PNG is the safe default |
| Dark logo | On dark page styles | Optional if your logo works on both |
| Favicon | Browser tab, bookmarks | A mark, not a wordmark |
| Social image | Link previews in chats | This is what a guest sees before tapping |
The social image is the one people forget, and it is the first thing a guest sees when the link is shared.
Choosing the colours
A primary, a secondary and an accent. The accent is the one that matters most, because it is what the upload button uses, and a guest in a dim room with a phone at low brightness has to find it in seconds.
Test it on a phone rather than a monitor. Brand colours chosen for print behave differently on a small backlit screen.
The 2 names
The brand name is what guests read at the top of the page; the legal name is what belongs in a legal notice. A trading name and a registered company are often different, and both fields exist so you do not have to compromise on either.
Neither is derived from the other, so fill in both.
After you save
The brand sits as a draft and goes through a review before guests see it. Until then the surfaces keep their existing appearance, which is why a logo uploaded the afternoon before an event does not appear at it.

Common questions
Why can I not upload an SVG?
SVG can carry script, and a logo is served under your own domain. PNG, JPEG and WebP render identically.
How large may a file be?
2 MB each. A larger one is refused with a message.
Do I need a dark logo?
Only if your logo disappears on a dark background. Otherwise leave it empty.
Which colour matters most?
The accent. It is what the upload button uses.
Why is my new logo not showing?
The brand goes through a review first. You are emailed when it is live.
