Export client engagement figures
Every event has an Insights tab on every plan, with the figures for that event. Cross-event roll-ups and client-ready exports unlock on Agency and Enterprise.
The analytics screen exports as CSV, which is the form a report actually needs.
Per-event figures
The Insights tab on an event carries what happened at that event: how contributions arrived over time and how many scans there were. It is available whatever plan the event is on, and it is enough for a single-event report.
The overview tab carries the running counts, which is the same information in a shorter form.
- Take per-event figures from Insights. Available on every plan, for that event alone.
- Use the analytics screen for several events. Roll-ups across events belong to Agency and above.
- Export as CSV. Then build the report in whatever your client expects.
Across several events
Rolling several events into 1 view, and exporting something a client would accept, belongs to Agency and Enterprise. That is the tier where reporting stops being a nice-to-have and starts being part of what you are selling.
On Studio the per-event figures are still there; assembling them is manual.
| Any plan | Agency and Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Per-event insights | Yes | Yes |
| Running counts on the overview | Yes | Yes |
| Cross-event roll-up | No | Yes |
| CSV export for a client | No | Yes |
The dividing line is reporting across events, not the figures themselves.
What the numbers actually mean
Contributions count what reached the album, split by photo, video and voice note. Scans count how often the guest page was opened, which is not the same as how many people attended — 1 person scanning twice counts twice.
Quoting scans as attendance in a client report is the mistake worth avoiding.
The ratio is the interesting number
Scans against contributions tells you how many people looked and did not send, which is the figure that leads somewhere. A wide gap points at signage, wording or an extra step before the upload rather than at the platform.
It is also the number that makes your own work look good when it improves between a client s events.
When to pull the report
A few days after the event, once the second wave has arrived. Pulling it the next morning undercounts, because the people who were too busy on the night upload later.
Do it before the album s retention window closes, along with the download.
What a client actually wants
How many contributions, split by kind, and how the evening went — a peak during the speeches reads better than a flat total. Photographs of the signage in place are worth more than another number.
Keep it short. A report longer than the event was interesting does not get read.
