Short answer

If you run events under your own brand, link to your own pages rather than to ours. A link to the platform sends a prospective client to somebody who is not you.

The case where linking here is right is a support or help reference for guests, and even then your own support page is better.

Why linking to us rarely helps you

A visitor on your site is considering hiring you. A link to the platform tells them the capability exists independently of you, which is a step towards them not needing you at all — and it is exactly the visibility a white-label tier exists to prevent.

This is not a rule; it is your own interest. Nobody stops you linking.

  1. Link your own album pages. A live demo under your brand does more than any description.
  2. Point support at your own address. The branding screen has fields for exactly this.
  3. Keep our name out of client-facing pages. That is what you are paying the white-label tier for.

What to link instead

A demo album under your own brand, on your own domain. It shows the product working, carries your name throughout, and keeps the visitor inside your world rather than sending them out of it.

That is a stronger page than any description and it takes an afternoon to build.

The support address matters most: a guest with a problem at a client s event should reach you.

Point support at yourself

The branding screen has fields for your support email, your support page and a chat number. Filling them in replaces ours on the surfaces a client s guests see, so a guest with a problem contacts you rather than a company they have never heard of.

An empty field renders nothing rather than falling back to ours, so leaving them blank leaves a gap rather than exposing us.

When linking here is right

On a suppliers or partners page, where naming the tools you use is the point. That is a straightforward case and there is nothing awkward about it.

Also when you are not white-labelling at all — if you run your own parties and simply want to recommend it, link away.

What guests see either way

On Studio a short attribution line remains at the foot of the guest page. From Agency upwards it can be switched off, and then the guest surfaces carry nothing of ours at all.

That is a separate question from what you put on your own website, and it is the one your clients will ask about.

2 sites, 1 topic

If you publish your own material about event albums, write it yourself rather than reproducing ours. 2 pages carrying the same text compete with each other and neither wins, which helps nobody.

The facts are yours to use. The sentences should not be.

Common questions

Should I link to you from my services page?

Link to your own demo album instead. It keeps the visitor with you.

Is there a rule against linking?

No. It is your own interest rather than a restriction.

Where should guest support point?

At your own address. The branding screen has the fields for it.

When is linking here straightforward?

On a suppliers or partners page, or if you are not white-labelling at all.

Can I reuse your help text on my site?

Better not. 2 pages with the same text compete with each other.
