Short answer

You apply with your company, what kind of business you run, roughly how many events a year, the tier you want, and a contact. A person reviews it.

When it is approved an organisation is set up for you, and that is what carries your brand, domains and team.

Who it is for

Photographers, agencies, photo-booth operators, DJs and planners, and companies running their own events at scale. The form asks which of those you are, because the answer changes what a sensible tier looks like more than the event count does.

If none of them fits, there is an option for that too and it is not held against you.

  1. Have your numbers ready. Events a year and the tier you think you need. An estimate is fine.
  2. Fill in the company details. Company, country, website and VAT number if you have one.
  3. Wait for the review. A person reads it. You are contacted at the address you gave.

An estimate is genuinely fine. Nobody is held to a number given on an application form.

It is read by a person

Applications are reviewed rather than approved automatically, and they are assigned to somebody who follows them through. That is slower than a sign-up button and it means the tier you end up on is one somebody has actually thought about.

You are contacted at the address on the form, so use one you read.

What happens when it is approved

An organisation is created for you. That is the container everything else hangs off: your brand, your custom domains, your team seats and your event allowance all belong to it rather than to a personal account.

From there the setup is the branding screen, the domain and the team, in that order.

If you are unsure about the tier

Put down your best guess. The tier on the form is your read rather than a commitment, and part of the review is somebody sanity-checking it against the numbers you gave.

Being talked down a tier is a normal outcome and a cheaper start.

What you can do meanwhile

Run an event on a personal account to see the whole path from the guest side. It costs a per-event purchase at most, and it tells you more about the product than any conversation will.

The watermark disappears on any paid personal tier, so even a test event looks presentable.

If you already have an account

Applying does not disturb it. Events you already own keep the plans and windows they have, and a business plan governs what you create from then on rather than rewriting what is there.

So there is no bad moment to apply and nothing to migrate.
