Short answer

There is no refund button in the dashboard. Write to us with the event name and roughly when you paid, and a person will look at it.

A duplicate charge is the case we can put right straightforwardly. A pending amount that never settles is an authorisation rather than a charge.

Why there is no button

A purchase applies to a specific event and unlocks limits that guests may already have used, so a refund is a judgement about what actually happened rather than a state a form can decide. That is why it runs through a person.

It also means nobody can trigger one by accident, which matters when several people share an account.

  1. Check whether it is really 2 charges. An authorisation shows as pending and falls away on its own.
  2. Find the event name. Every purchase belongs to exactly 1 event, which is how we match it.
  3. Write to us. Event name, approximate date and what you expected. That is enough to start.

A duplicate charge

This is the clearest case: 2 completed payments for the same event, from a checkout attempted twice. Tell us the event name and we can see both, so there is nothing you need to prove.

Before writing, check whether the second entry is actually pending rather than settled. Those look identical on a phone banking app and are not the same thing.

A live event and a completed charge always go together. Any other combination is worth a message.

Bought the wrong tier

If you bought a tier that turned out to be too small, the useful move is to upgrade rather than to unwind the first purchase — the higher limits then apply immediately, which is what you actually wanted.

If you bought too much for a party that has not happened yet, write to us before it does. That is a much easier conversation than afterwards.

Paid on the wrong event

With several events in a list it is possible to upgrade the wrong one, and the giveaway is that the event you meant still shows its old limits. Tell us both event names and roughly when you paid.

The sooner you notice, the less has happened on either event.

What to send us

The event name, roughly when you paid, and what you expected to happen. That is enough for us to find the purchase — we do not need a card number, a screenshot of your bank or anything else sensitive, and you should not send those.

If it is a duplicate, saying so up front saves a round trip.

After the party has happened

Once guests have uploaded against the higher limits, the plan has done its job, and that is the honest frame for the conversation. It is still worth writing if something went wrong — but the answer depends on what actually happened rather than on a policy page.

Download the album either way. That is the part that is time-limited.

Common questions

Is there a refund button?

No. Write to us with the event name and we will look at it.

I think I was charged twice.

Check whether the second entry is pending rather than settled, then tell us the event name.

What is a pending amount that never settles?

An authorisation. It falls away on its own without becoming a charge.

I bought the wrong tier — what now?

Upgrading is the faster fix. If the party has not happened, write to us first.

What should I send?

Event name, approximate date, what you expected. Never card details.

Something was charged and should not have been

Send the event name and roughly when. A person reads these and answers directly.
