Approving, hiding, publishing: this is where you decide who gets to see what from your party, and when. 3 switches govern it, and they work independently of each other.

The first sits before anything is displayed. Do contributions go straight into the album, or do you see each one first? The default is straight in, because an album where nothing appears makes guests stop sending.

The second concerns individual pictures. Hiding takes a contribution out of the shared album but keeps it for you; deleting is final. For the walk-through the day after the party, hiding is the calmer tool.

The third concerns the album as a whole: does the link show anything, or not? Alongside it sits the live wall — the same collection, shown as a slideshow on a screen in the room.
