In the end what counts is what you keep. These articles cover how you get at the files — one at a time, as a selection, or the whole event at once — and how to let your guests do the same, if you want to.

You always get the originals: the files exactly as your guests phones sent them. What the album displays is a smaller version made for quick loading; for printing, a photo book or your own archive, the original is the one you want.

Two things are worth doing early: download once the stragglers are in, and decide beforehand whether guests may download too. For guests that is switched off until you say otherwise, and for good reason.

Keep the retention window in mind. It sits above the list in the dashboard and it keeps running whether or not anyone visits the album.
