Most of it falls into 3 groups. A file that was refused at the door, a file that arrived and is not visible yet, and a guest who cannot get in at all. Which group you are in decides everything that follows.

A useful habit before you start: check what a guest sees, on a phone that is not yours. Signed in, you see the owner view, and the owner view is not where the problem is.

If you are in a hurry at the party itself, the fastest fix for almost anything is sending the album link to the group chat. It reaches the same page and needs no camera.
